The readings will be prerecorded at 
Councilmember Gilbert Cedillo’s 1st Annual Latin Jazz & Music Festival

SAT & SUN, AUGUST 23 & 24

Sycamore Grove Park | 4702 N. Figueroa Street, Los Angeles 90042

DETAILS:

1. write your very own poem, using an old-fashioned typewriter located at the Avenue 50 Studio booth at Councilmember Gilbert Cedillo’s 1st Annual Latin Jazz & Music Festival on 8/23 & 8/24 from 11a - 3p, look for the “PUBLISH” sign! 

2. read the poem, while being recorded onto video.

3. come out to Traxx Restaurant/Bar at Union Station on Sunday 8/24 at 7pm to watch all the videos - published onto the walls of Los Angeles’ historic Union Station! (via projector, right outside of the Traxx Bar)

(poems will also be published in paper form, at a later date)
